Shipping & Return Policy

  1. Delivery Timeline:

    • Minimum: 48 hours

    • Maximum: 10 days

  2. Returns & Exchanges:

    • We offer 2 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery.

    • In case of exchanges, the reason needs to be genuine like misprinted, damaged on delivery or wrong order delivered.

    • Such requests would only be entertained if it's accompanied by video proof of the respective products' first unboxing.

    • Returned products should reach us within 5-7 days from the date of return initiation.

    • Reverse Pick-up Service: Available with an applicable fee^ deducted from your refund per order (not per item).

    • If your order contains multiple items, the applicable fee will depend upon the delivery charges for the entire order from the customer location.

      A Genuine Advice: Always make video of delivered products' unboxing. Not only in our case but for every e-commerce product. E-commerce selling involves multiple complications and human mistakes are bound to happen. To minimise hassles, we encourage keeping a video of any delivered e-commerce product.

      Please Note: Glitchydots reserves the right to deduct the applicable reverse courier charges from the order value before reimbursement without any advance intimation to the customer.

  3. Pick-up Policy:

    • Pick-up will be attempted twice.

    • If the courier fails to collect the shipment, you’ll need to return it to our address.

    • Reverse Pick-up availability is subject to your area’s pin code.

  4. Product Condition:

    • Please return products in their original condition.

    • Returns of items that are damaged, worn, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days after we receive your returned product.

    • The refund amount (excluding the return shipping charges) will be credited to your bank account shortly after.

  6. Shipping Charges:

    • Non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

    • Pending queries will be prioritized and resolved the next day.

  8. Order Cancellations:

    • Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  9. Non-Returnable Items:

    • To maintain hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for certain products like accessories.

    • Glitchydots / Kumar Web Ventures reserves the right to update this list without prior notice.
